• Trump Entertainment reserves the right to revoke or deny applications for a Trump One Card.
• Rewards and offers are based upon play.
• Transactions and redemptions must be done in person at Trump One Services and are non-transferable.
• Trump One Cards are used to track play by the cardholder only.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to properly insert their Trump One Card into the machine when playing slots; and to make sure that a supervisor is aware of play when playing tables, poker, keno or simulcast.
• Trump Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused
  cards, comps or cash related offers.
• Trump Entertainment has the right to change or cancel programs.
• Trump Entertainment reserves the right to adjust account status due to computer malfunction, operator error or fraud.
• Trump Entertainment has the right to suspend or revoke the use of Cash Back and Comp Dollars at any time.
• $10 per person will be deducted from customer’s Comp Dollars for
  entry into the private clubs.
• Individuals prohibited from gambling by the NJCCC will not be
  eligible for a Trump One Card.
• Must earn a minimum of $5 Cash Back or Comp Dollars before they
  can be redeemed.
• Comp Dollar maximum balance is $15,000.
• Cash Back is valid for 90 days from the end of the trip.
• Comp Dollars are valid for 180 days from the day they are earned.
• When redeeming comps at retail stores, $2 Comp Dollars is equal
  to $1 U.S. Dollar.
• Tax and gratuities are not included.
• A trip is closed after 24 hours of no activity.
• Gaming day is 6:00am - 5:59am.
